The appliances are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase when utilized for regular household use by the original purchaser only. Should any defect covered by the terms of the limited warranty be discovered within one year, Steam&Go® will repair or replace the defective part. A return authorization will be issued if troubleshooting does not provide any result. Proof of purchase is required and should accompany the return. The purchaser must prepay freight costs.

As for the Shipping Policy, all orders received through steamandgo.com will be delivered in 7 to 10 days’ subject to available stock. All orders are shipped through either UPS, FedEx, USPS, Or Amazon Shipping. The rate charged is a set rate, but if you choose 2-day shipping rates may vary. Steam&Go® ships to the continental US.
